About The Position

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• At least one year of PCU or ICU-level nursing experience is required by the department.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required by the department; the general requirements also list ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required by the facility or department.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Certification in a specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating care on an ongoing basis.
• Use nursing education and experience to provide care through the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients and families, nursing staff, and other health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care that promotes patient autonomy, dignity, and health across diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
