About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to all patient populations in the Medical ICU and uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate each patient’s plan of care. The nurse maintains regulatory compliance in individual practice and is accountable for the outcomes of nursing care. The role also includes guiding and directing assigned unlicensed nursing personnel and contributing to patient safety and a high-quality patient experience. This is a full-time position based in Glenview, Illinois, with a schedule of 36 hours per week. The listed hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the night shift, with rotating weekends. Travel is not required.

Requirements

Current professional nursing licensure in the State of Illinois.
BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider.
A minimum of one year of current hospital nursing experience is preferred.
