About The Position

The RN - ICU provides nursing care to all patient populations in the department, using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care. The role maintains regulatory compliance in individual practice and assumes responsibility, accountability, and authority for nursing care outcomes. The RN guides and directs assigned unlicensed nursing personnel and contributes positively to safety outcomes and a high-quality patient experience.

This is a full-time position in Highland Park, Illinois, scheduled for 36 hours per week from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends. No travel is required.

Requirements

• Current professional nursing licensure in the State of Illinois.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider.
• A minimum of one year of current hospital nursing experience is preferred.
