About The Position

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California (RN)
• ICU nursing experience (preferred for this ICU assignment)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and handle the responsibilities of an ICU environment
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN degree)
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in alignment with established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to patient care and safety.
• Document care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
