About The Position

As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring patients’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of clinicians, using critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care. This is a full-time opportunity in Conway, Arkansas, with 12-hour shifts and two Saturdays per month. Start times may be as early as 4:30 AM and end times as late as 8:00 PM. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required in the posting overview; the qualifications section specifies two or more years of experience with acutely ill patients. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice.
CPR certification.
Basic EKG interpretation.
At least one year of nursing experience, as stated in the posting overview.
Two or more years of experience with acutely ill patients, as stated in the qualifications section; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
Strong assessment, time-management, and communication skills.
