About The Position

The Registered Nurse will care for a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses, including respiratory failure, post-trauma cases, dialysis, cardiac conditions, and patients requiring mechanical ventilators. Community Hospital Anderson is a Level 3 Trauma Center. The nurse will work within a cohesive team while gaining experience caring for critically acute patients.

Requirements

Graduate of a nursing school accredited by NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
Hold a valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice and care, the Nurse Practice Act, and Community Health Network’s mission and goals.
Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management.
Excellent communication skills.

Be compassionate and caring, accountable, and self-directed.

Nice To Haves

Acute care experience is preferred; new graduates will be considered.
EPIC experience is a plus.
