About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Westminster, Maryland, covering Howard and Baltimore Counties. The position offers 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Home Health RNs provide one-to-one care in patients’ homes, working independently with team support and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role includes assessing patients’ needs, developing care plans, delivering nursing care, supporting families and caregivers, and maintaining documentation. Participation in the local branch’s on-call rotation is required as needed.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• One year of nursing practice in a patient-care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or other related settings is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
