About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered home health care in the Wise, Virginia coverage area. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with support from an interdisciplinary team and the opportunity to work independently. The schedule is full-time, Friday through Sunday. Participation in an on-call rotation is required as determined by the local branch.

The nurse assesses and monitors patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; administers medications and treatments; and provides pain and symptom management. The nurse also educates and supports families and caregivers, collaborates with the care team, and maintains accurate, timely documentation.

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides compassionate services in the home and supports patients, families, and caregivers. The stated salary range is $34.00–$38.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient-care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or other related settings is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.

Responsibilities
