About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of related experience and/or training in an office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other associates
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and appropriately routing and/or suppling information to callers
• Maintain reception and surrounding common areas, along with conference rooms to ensure they are always clean and presentable
• Manage associate and building security badge system
• Inventory and order office consumables (dairy, dry items and office supplies)
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for conference rooms
• Manage company fleet vehicles (reservations and maintenance)
• Manage vendor accounts (UPS, FedEx, WIST, Building Management, Vending Machines, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
