Investors Equity Group is seeking real estate agents to join a commission-based referral partnership for business-purpose loans on investment properties, including fix-and-flips, rentals, and portfolio deals. The partnership enables agents to earn compensation when a referred loan closes, in addition to their earnings from the property sale. IEG works with investors who may be unable to obtain financing from banks or need a faster closing, helping keep financing from disrupting deals. This referral partnership runs alongside the agent’s existing real estate business. It is not a W-2 job, and the agent remains with their current brokerage. IEG provides a direct point of contact who handles the loan side, while the agent may refer as many or as few investor clients as desired. Compensation for loan closings is paid through the agent’s brokerage. The onboarding process involves submitting an application, attending a 15-minute introductory call, and receiving a partner link to begin referring clients.
