About The Position

MGR Real Estate is seeking a motivated, results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent. The role is suited to a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service. The agent negotiates and executes purchase and lease agreements and sales contracts, manages transactions from initial engagement through closing, and builds relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.

Requirements

• Active real estate license.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Professional communication skills focused on fostering positive working relationships across all parties.
