About The Position
Crown is seeking real estate agents who want to build their own business with flexibility, useful technology, support when needed, and no monthly brokerage payment. The role is open to both new and experienced agents. Success requires effort, and earnings are commission-based and dependent on individual production. Expected earnings are $50,000–$250,000+. Crown provides an 80/20 split and an $18,000 solo-agent cap. Support and resources include buyer and seller opportunities, a CRM and IDX website, AI-powered tools, automated prospecting, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, training, coaching, scripts, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. E&O insurance is included, and there are no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees.

- Willingness to work to build a real estate business.
- Interest in working with people.
