About The Position
Crown is hiring real estate agents who want to build their own business with flexibility, technology, coaching, and brokerage support. Both new and experienced agents are welcome. The work is commission-based, and earnings depend on individual production; the opportunity is real, but so is the work involved. Crown offers an 80/20 split and an $18,000 solo-agent cap, with no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees. Support and resources include E&O insurance, buyer and seller opportunities, Lofty CRM and an IDX website, AI-powered tools, automated prospecting through Crown Connect, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, training, coaching, scripts, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Expected earnings are $50,000–$250,000+, commission-based and dependent on individual production. The application process begins with a conversation, with no pressure to decide immediately.
