Real Estate Agent - Investor Loan Referral Partner (Commission-Based)
About The Position
Investors Equity Group is seeking licensed real estate agents to partner as investor-loan referral partners. The partnership gives agents an opportunity to earn compensation when a referred investor loan closes, in addition to compensation from the real estate sale. Investors Equity Group provides business-purpose loans for investment properties, including fix-and-flips, rentals, and portfolio deals, and works with investors who may not be approved by banks or need faster financing. This referral partnership runs alongside the agent’s existing real estate business. It is not a W-2 job, and agents remain with their current brokerage. Agents may refer as many or as few investor clients as they choose. Investors Equity Group provides a dedicated contact to handle the loan side, allowing the agent to focus on the real estate deal. The process is to apply, attend a 15-minute introductory call, and receive a partner link to begin referring clients.
Requirements
- An active real estate license.
- Current investor clients or a steady flow of investor buyers.
Responsibilities
- Refer investor clients to Investors Equity Group for business-purpose property financing.
- Continue operating the real estate business through the agent’s current brokerage.
- Coordinate with the dedicated Investors Equity Group contact as needed for referred loans.
