Real Estate Agent - Investor Loan Referral Partner (Commission-Based, Remote)
About The Position
Investors Equity Group (IEG) offers a commission-based referral partnership for real estate agents who work with property investors. Partners refer investor clients seeking business-purpose financing for investment properties, including fix-and-flips, rentals, and portfolio deals. The partner may earn compensation when a referred loan closes, in addition to earning on the real estate sale; loan referral payments are made through the partner’s brokerage. This partnership runs alongside the agent’s existing real estate business. The agent remains with their current brokerage, may refer as many or as few investor clients as they choose, and receives a dedicated IEG contact to handle the loan side. The described onboarding process is to apply, have a 15-minute introductory call with Ryan Kozersky, and receive a partner link to begin referring clients.
Requirements
- An active real estate license.
- Current investor clients or a steady flow of investor buyers.
