About The Position

Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking driven, coachable, and accountable agents to join its team. The company provides qualified, pre-scheduled appointments with motivated homeowners and active buyers, along with a seller-to-buyer pipeline and active listings that create additional opportunities. Agents are not expected to cold call or prospect; they are expected to prepare for appointments, follow the company's process, serve clients, follow up, and close transactions. This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential and splits that increase with production. The posting states average agent earnings of $70,000–$150,000 per year and top-performer earnings of $200,000 or more. Eligible agents can earn a $2,500 early-success bonus for closing their first five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during their first 150 days. The company provides training, one-on-one coaching, AI-powered technology, and transaction and listing support, with no desk, training, technology, or lead fees.

Requirements

Active real estate license in Georgia, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take ownership of results.

Two or more years of sales experience or demonstrated production is preferred.
