Remote Real Estate Sales Agent
About The Position
Turing is seeking candidates with strong experience in real estate brokerage, deal negotiation, and transaction management, particularly at the level expected of licensed brokers who oversee property sales or manage agents. In this role, you will use your industry knowledge and communication expertise on projects that evaluate and improve AI. No prior AI experience is required. Projects are intended to help you learn how AI can advance real estate, improve client communication, and streamline brokerage operations. Day-to-day work includes designing real-world real estate and negotiation scenarios to test AI reasoning; writing clear, structured solutions covering valuation, client consultations, and closing processes; evaluating AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance; and collaborating with AI researchers to refine models’ understanding of market trends and buyer-seller dynamics. This is a freelance contractor assignment. Project duration is approximately one month, with the possibility of extension. The role is fully remote and may potentially be full-time. Compensation varies by project. Candidates must not share confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Brokerage Associate.
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
