About The Position

At Adobe Acrobat Sign, we are redefining how the world reaches agreements by making it faster, simpler, and more trusted. From SMBs to the world’s largest enterprises, Acrobat Sign powers critical workflows across HR, Sales, Legal, and Operations. In this role, you will lead the product roadmap for Acrobat Sign’s customers which cut across enterprise and SMBs. This is a high-ownership role for an early-career PM or recent MBA who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to work on problems that directly impact adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management or a recently completed MBA.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ownership & entrepreneurial mindset: You own outcomes and don't just solve problems - you push through barriers with persistence, resilience, and determination to make your product successful.
  • Customer-obsessed: You deeply understand customer pain points through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and continuous feedback.
  • Product intuition: You have strong instincts for how users behave and what drives meaningful adoption.
  • Strong bias for action: You don't wait for perfect clarity. You move forward, unblock yourself, and learn quickly.
  • Influential communicator: You craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to customers.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: You thrive in diverse, highly collaborative environments and align teams to deliver results.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in consulting, internal strategy, analytics, or related role preferred.
  • Experience working with both Enterprise and SMB customers preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Be the business owner for your features.
  • Set the product vision, enable product execution, and drive business outcomes.
  • Serve as a product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Serve as a product evangelist with customers, analysts, and internal sales teams, and be the chief customer advocate to help drive product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Go To Market teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption, and make customers successful.
  • Manage metrics to measure success of product features.
  • Partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
