Senior Product Manager

Vireo Health•Los Angeles, CA
•$160,000 - $190,000

About The Position

Eaze, part of the Vireo family, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own high-priority product problems across areas such as the consumer app, internal tools, retail, and delivery. The role owns work from discovery through launch and measurement, sets product strategy, and partners with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to develop and improve products. The company is seeking a product manager who uses AI tools in practical ways—including analysis, research synthesis, prototyping, and automation—and evaluates the work based on what ships and its measured results. The role includes researching customer and operator needs, writing business cases, developing and testing prototypes, analyzing product data, designing experiments, and identifying opportunities for AI to improve experiences or reduce work. The position also involves defining launch-readiness standards and tracking product performance after launch.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience across at least two product types, such as consumer apps, marketplaces, retail, or internal tools for operations-heavy teams, with a record of shipping work that moved the business.
  • Regularly use AI for analysis, research synthesis, prototyping, and automation, with recent examples from work or personal projects and evidence of their impact.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code or a similar agentic tool, such as Cursor or Codex, and experience building at least one prototype, analysis, or internal tool that other people used.
  • Fluency in product analytics, including writing SQL, building dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and identifying inconsistent numbers.
  • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Sound judgment about AI’s limitations and a practice of checking its output before acting on it.
  • Solid technical background, including comfort reading code, working in a terminal, and discussing trade-offs with engineers.
  • Clear, persuasive writing and presentation skills, including writing concise documents and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar problems by speaking with the people closest to them and analyzing data directly, and to commit to a direction amid uncertainty.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features, leading AI adoption on a team, or connecting AI tools to company data, such as through MCP.
  • Background in cannabis or another regulated industry, or in multi-location retail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing, and set product strategy for assigned areas.
  • Write business cases for new initiatives and secure leadership support.
  • Work with operations, retail, customer support, compliance, and finance to turn their needs into clear product requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies; use AI to synthesize interviews, support tickets, and app reviews, and verify conclusions against source material.
  • Build working prototypes with Claude Code or a similar tool and test them with customers, drivers, and store teams.
  • Use SQL to answer data questions by querying the company data warehouse.
  • Design and interpret experiments, track feature performance after launch, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to reduce work or improve experiences for customers and operators.
  • Define launch-readiness criteria, including what is good enough to ship.

  • Base salary of $160,000–$190,000 plus bonus opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance beginning on the first of the month after employment begins.
  • Additional benefits including HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, and EAP services.
