About The Position

HealthEquity is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Growth, to own how members discover, start, and continue using its telehealth and digital health programs. The role leads growth across the full member funnel, from awareness and discovery through intake, consultation, first fill, refills, and reactivation. It applies growth practices from cash-pay digital health to HealthEquity’s marketplace, which connects members with health and wellness programs across areas including metabolic, men’s and women’s health, hormone therapy, skincare, sleep, and nutrition. The position owns growth outcomes across white-label and branded partners. The Senior Product Manager sets portfolio and program growth strategies, defines metrics and targets, builds funnel and unit-economics models, and uses member research and data to identify opportunities. The role leads experimentation across the member journey, improves conversion and retention in partnership with clinical providers, and shapes lifecycle communications, offers, pricing, and merchandising. It works closely with Data Science, Intelligence, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and leadership. This is a remote position with a required in-person onboarding component. New team members must attend Trailhead, an onsite onboarding experience at the company headquarters held once per quarter. The company covers required travel and accommodations; onboarding may begin virtually before the later onsite session.
