About The Position

As Glean’s Product Manager for Agent Security and Governance, you will develop technologies and product features for explainable and transparent AI systems, identifying and preventing AI risk vectors, and providing observability, security, and privacy features for AI agents and the data underlying them. You will help build products that enable people to find, curate, share, discover, and manage knowledge, contributing to Glean’s vision of an intelligent work assistant. The product team is lean, giving you an outsized role in shaping the product roadmap and the team. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success, leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders to understand customers and build category-defining tools. The role involves customer engagement, product strategy and prioritization, team alignment, efficient execution, and building scalable processes as the company grows. The role is hybrid, with four days per week in Glean’s Mountain View office.

Requirements

At least 8 years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises, with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, or data integrations.
Strong technical background.
Experience with UX-driven and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to take ownership and initiative and deliver results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Learning and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
