About The Position

The Product Warehouse Manager coordinates and controls warehouse activities that address the needs of regional warehouses, export shipments, and/or oil companies. The role manages warehouse operations, order processing, planning and replenishment, logistics coordination, and customer requests. It also ensures compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and health, safety, and environmental procedures. The manager develops and supports staff and protects the facilities, equipment, and other resources assigned to the area.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and monitor logistics for returning pipes to the main warehouse.
• Oversee order processing to ensure it responds to and is synchronized with client requirements; develop integrated order entry capability and ensure real-time order tracking.
• Implement collaborative planning, forecasting, and stock replenishment; ensure production allocation optimizes load balance; assess and minimize the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory.
• Coordinate Long Term Agreement call-off operations, rig returns management, third-party services, and End Protector recycling, as required.
• Perform ad hoc customer inspections and logistics requests, as required.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents or observations, perform inspections, participate in investigations, implement preventive and corrective actions, and keep risk analysis and environmental aspect assessments updated.
• Motivate, coach, communicate with, and develop staff; manage HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft, or misuse.
