About The Position

The Product Warehouse Manager coordinates and controls warehouse activities to address the needs of regional warehouses, export shipments, and/or oil companies. The role manages warehouse operations and logistics, including order processing, planning, inventory replenishment, returns, and related services. It also ensures compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. The manager leads and develops staff, oversees related human resources activities, and protects facilities, equipment, and other assigned resources.

Responsibilities

Run and manage warehouse operations, monitoring logistics for the return of pipes to the main warehouse.
Oversee order processing procedures to ensure they respond to and are synchronized with client requirements; develop integrated order entry capability and ensure real-time order tracking.
Implement collaborative planning, forecasting, and stock replenishment; ensure production allocation optimizes load balance; and assess and minimize the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory.
Coordinate Long Term Agreement call-off operations, rig returns management, third-party services, and End Protector recycling, wherever required.
Perform ad hoc customer inspections and logistics requests, whenever required.
Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents or observations, perform inspections, participate in investigations, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Keep risk analysis and environmental aspect assessments updated.
Motivate, coach, communicate with, and develop staff; manage HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft, or misuse.
