About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both interaction and visual design excellence
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy enterprise software for technical domains (e.g., security, developer tools, observability)
• Experience contributing to and evolving design systems, component libraries, and design patterns across complex product surfaces
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments and make principled design decisions with incomplete information
• Strong visual design skills, with attention to typography, color systems, spacing, and creating polished, professional interfaces
• Comfortable prototyping in code or generative AI tools
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for security products
• Deep familiarity with how AI is being woven into enterprise software today, along with informed opinions about what works and why
• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that turn dense data into clear, actionable insight

Responsibilities

• Shape the user experience across our cybersecurity platform.
• Work across our product portfolio, from analyst workflows to administrative controls and executive dashboards.
• Design experiences that make complex security capabilities feel intuitive and approachable.
• Partner closely with our design, engineering, and product teams.
• Extend our design system.
• Contribute reusable patterns.
• Raise the bar on usability and visual polish as the platform grows.
• Regularly seeks out feedback, from users, teammates, and other stakeholders, and uses it to sharpen and reshape their work.
