About The Position

Mutiny is building an agentic go-to-market platform that helps revenue teams create customer-facing work with AI teammates. The Product Designer will help define the product experience and design language for AI-native GTM software, including its interaction model, creative standards, feedback loops, reusable systems, and quality bar for AI-generated work. This is an early-career role for a fast-learning designer who is comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity and wants to help shape an emerging product category. The designer will work closely with senior design, product, and engineering colleagues on product surfaces and flows for creating assets, reviewing and editing AI output, managing brand guidance, and helping users move from ideas to finished work. The role also includes improving visual quality, developing reusable components and patterns, and exploring intuitive interactions for agents, generated content, flexible canvases, and experiences that learn from user preferences. The work is expected to ship. The role is based in New York City and is in person five days a week. The product and team move quickly, with close collaboration among design, engineering, founders, customers, and the product itself.
