About The Position

Rilla is hiring a Product Designer to evolve its core sales coaching product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile. The role involves tackling ambiguous, greenfield challenges as the company expands into new workflows, users, and markets, working directly with customers from the outset to identify real-world problems. As one of three designers, this person will help define the design culture and shape team collaboration. The company values high-quality craft, speed, customer impact, curiosity, empathy, accountability, learning, and comfort with failure. The role is based in Rilla’s NYC office and involves frequent customer conversations and field visits, with the posting describing an approximately 60-hour workweek.
