About The Position

The company, Biomedical Device Consultants & Laboratories, focuses on supporting domestic and international regulatory submissions and approvals for medical devices. The position emphasizes strategic partnerships with suppliers, establishing purchasing policies, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices to elevate procurement processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Planning and Management experience
  • 3+ years Procurement experience
  • Vendor Management and/or Strategic Sourcing experience
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, commercial agreements, and supplier performance management
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, etc.
  • Strong ERP System knowledge ideally Syteline by Infor
  • Ability to understand and interpret production build demand/forecast to develop procurement strategies and schedules to support growing business requirements
  • High level of organizational skills for efficient execution of procurement responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and represent BDC professionally to the supply base
  • Strong overall business acumen and organizational savvy with the ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment

  • Experience in a dynamic electro-mechanical box build manufacturing environments
