About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. This is a full-time position providing care at our Bowie and Upper Marlboro, MD offices, approximately 15 minutes apart. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to a more active lifestyle. We offer a supportive team environment, manageable workload, no weekends, call, or holidays, and office hours that end early on Fridays.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active Maryland PA or NP license
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
  • Perform patient exams and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate
  • Review and explain test results with patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers
