About The Position

Requirements

• Multi-craft knowledge in all areas of industrial maintenance including HVAC, PLC’s, Hydraulics, Electrical, High Voltage, Conveyers and facility maintenance.
• Experience with multi-craft manufacturing maintenance for machines and other equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited institution.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of conveyers, vacuum sealers, packaging and boiler operations will be helpful.
• Boiler and conveyer systems experience will be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Multi-craft manufacturing maintenance for machines and other equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Manufacturing equipment, installations and building maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic, including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, during production hours.
• Perform preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders or blueprints to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and necessary adjustments to machinery.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
• Adherence to LOTO, PPE, HACCP and Sanitation requirements.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
