About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Trial Attorney to help clients receive excellent care and results. The attorney will meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrate compassion and empathy, and earn clients’ trust, confidence, and respect. The role also involves keeping clients updated and communicating with insurance companies about claim status, demands, and offers. The attorney should be able to prepare cases for trial and try cases when needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Six or more years of litigation experience.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Experience evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
• Team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more jury trials as first chair.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
