About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a law firm founded in 2003 that has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. The firm has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States. The Trial Attorney helps ensure clients receive excellent care and results. The attorney meets with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrates compassion and empathy, and builds clients’ trust, confidence, and respect. The role also involves updating clients and communicating with insurance companies about claims, demands, offers, and case status. The attorney prepares cases for trial and tries cases when needed. Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
At least 2 years of litigation experience.
Jury trial experience as second chair.
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Experience evaluating claims.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in an office environment.
Team-oriented.
