About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a NLJ500 and Mid-Market Pro 50 law firm founded in 2003. The firm has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide and has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States. Its primary goal is to achieve favorable outcomes and maximum compensation for clients. The Litigation Attorney is responsible for providing attentive client care and pursuing excellent case results. The attorney meets with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrates compassion and empathy, and builds their trust, confidence, and respect. The role also involves updating clients and communicating with insurance companies about claims, demands, and offers. The attorney prepares cases for trial and tries cases when needed.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Experience evaluating claims.
Superb negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in an office environment.
Team-oriented.
