About The Position
Strong and Hanni Law Firm has an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney to join an established insurance defense litigation practice group. The position will primarily practice from the firm’s Sandy, Utah office. Strong and Hanni is a Utah law firm established in 1888, with 100 attorneys and a trial practice in state and federal court, along with business and personal legal services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Excellent writing skills and legal analysis.
- Organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a history of working independently and delivering consistent work product.
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance defense experience.
Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct legal research.
- Brief and argue motions.
- Prepare strong written work and provide legal analysis.
