About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a law firm founded in 2003 that has recovered more than $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. It has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States. The firm’s goal is to achieve favorable outcomes and maximum compensation for its clients. The Litigation Attorney helps clients receive attentive care and strong results. The attorney meets with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrates compassion and empathy, and builds clients’ trust and confidence. The role also involves updating clients and communicating with insurance companies about claim status, demands, and offers. The attorney prepares cases for trial and tries cases when needed.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Membership in the Indiana Bar in good standing.
Experience evaluating claims.
Superb negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in an office environment.
Team-oriented.
