About The Position

Strong and Hanni has an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney to join an established insurance defense litigation practice group. The position will primarily be based in the firm’s Salt Lake City, Utah office. Strong and Hanni is a Utah law firm established in 1888, with 100 attorneys and a trial practice in state and federal court.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analysis skills.
• Ability to take and defend depositions and brief and argue motions.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Prior insurance defense experience.
