About The Position
Strong and Hanni Law Firm is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join an established insurance defense litigation practice group. The position primarily practices from the firm’s Sandy, Utah office. Strong and Hanni is a Utah law firm established in 1888, with 100 attorneys and practices spanning trial work in state and federal court, commercial litigation, corporate and commercial representation, general business, securities, tax, employment law, construction law, governmental liability, family law, product liability, and professional liability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Excellent writing skills and legal analysis.
- Must be organized and self-motivated.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a history of working independently and delivering consistent work product.
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance defense experience.
Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct legal research.
