About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a law firm founded in 2003 that has recovered more than $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. The firm has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States.

The Litigation Attorney helps clients receive attentive care and strong results. The role involves meeting with clients about their cases, demonstrating compassion and empathy, and earning clients’ trust and confidence. The attorney also updates clients and communicates with insurance companies about claim status, demands, and offers. The attorney prepares cases for trial and tries cases when needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Experience evaluating claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.
• Team-oriented.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
