About The Position
Milestone Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for their Highland, IN clinic. Requirements
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License

- 1–2 years of pediatric experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
- Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work.
- Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
