About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services in Saint Cloud, Florida. This PRN opportunity focuses on helping patients improve their independence and quality of life. The role includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing skilled therapy, monitoring progress, coordinating discharge, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, complying with applicable regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- NBCOT certification, or eligibility for certification if graduating soon.
- Current or eligible Missouri OT license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
