Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

About The Position
Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join its therapy team in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The schedule is 1–9 hours per week and/or as needed. The therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized plans of care, provides skilled occupational therapy treatment, monitors patient progress, educates patients and their families and caregivers, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and completes required documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
