About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care. Occupational Therapists help patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks in the home. They use treatments to develop patients’ daily living skills and basic motor functions, and to help compensate for any loss of function.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks in the home.

- Help patients compensate for loss of function.
