About The Position
Little Land Pediatric Therapy’s mission is to help children develop the skills they need to grow, participate, and succeed in everyday life. The occupational therapy team supports children in building fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, coordination, and independence. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist evaluates children, develops individualized treatment plans, provides evidence-based interventions, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintains clinical documentation. Salary is based on experience.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and identify areas of developmental need.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Support children in developing motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions.
- Maintain strong clinical documentation and patient records.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary therapy teams.
