About The Position
Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Civita Care Center at Long Ridge. In this skilled nursing role, you'll help residents work toward greater independence after a hospital stay or a change in their abilities.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate how residents manage dressing, bathing, and other daily activities
- Develop treatment plans with goals that matter to each resident
- Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and safe daily routines
- Recommend adaptive equipment and teach residents how to use it
- Document progress and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
