About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs in Humble, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on helping children build independence, improve daily functioning, and reach their potential through evidence-based, patient-centered care in the home and community. Therapists work with families and interdisciplinary care teams in a clinician-led, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of pediatric experience.
• Home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers to support carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
