About The Position
We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and energetic nursing assistant to join our team. This role offers a rewarding work environment and an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of residents. Wages begin at $19 per hour and increase with experience; the hiring manager determines the wage at the interview. The position requires working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as well as some holidays. Applicants must have a CNA license and should list their experience and registry number on their application or resume.

- Must have a CNA license.
- Must be an Ohio State Tested Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
- Ensure residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
- Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met in accordance with their established care plans.
- Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
