About The Position

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven organization. The role involves supporting residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, building meaningful relationships, and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams. Day and night shifts are available. Pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
