About The Position
Exceptional Care for Children (ECC) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its healthcare team. ECC is a nonprofit organization providing transitional, long-term, and palliative care to medically fragile children and young adults with technology dependencies in an around-the-clock residential facility. The position is full-time, with three 12-hour shifts per week. Available schedules are days from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Requirements
- Must have a Delaware CNA license.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and advocacy to residents requiring clinical expertise.
- Interact with residents through frequent conversation, play, and holding or cuddling to provide daily stimulation.
- Assist pediatric patients with activities of daily living.
