CNA Day and Night Shifts
About The Position
Atrium Centers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, individualized care at Lincoln Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Community, a 39-bed facility in Lincoln, Michigan. The organization is 100% employee-owned and describes its supportive environment as providing CNAs with the time and resources to deliver high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with residents. The work is guided by a mission to serve residents and families through compassionate, quality care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Full-time positions are available on the first shift, and part-time positions are available on the second shift; both are 12-hour shifts. Pay is $17–$18 per hour, plus $3.40 per hour in Hero Pay. Applicants must hold a current license to practice as a CNA.
Requirements
- Completed CNA/STNA course and state licensure.
- Current license to practice as a CNA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented mentality and a desire to learn.
- Positive, dependable, team-focused attitude.
- Excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
- Assist residents with daily activities, safety, and personal care.
- Understand and practice infection control procedures.
- Follow documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vitals.
- Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
