About The Position

Experienced caregivers provide a range of services to seniors in a home setting. Care may include basic companion care, such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation, as well as personal care, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work shifts ranging from 1 to 24 hours, including live-in shifts, weekends, nights, and mornings. The posting advertises 12-hour day and night shifts.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Provide two references.
• Provide proof of a clear TB test taken within the last year.
• Pass a background check.
• Be nurturing, dependable, warm-hearted, compassionate, professional, honest, flexible, and positive; demonstrate problem-solving ability and a desire to serve others.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training.
