About The Position

Regina Health Center, a mission-based skilled nursing facility in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs)/State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs). The role provides resident-focused care in a warm, supportive, faith-based environment centered on dignity, respect, and excellence. The facility offers 8-hour shifts: first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a $0.75-per-hour differential; and third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., also with a $0.75-per-hour differential. Full-time schedules are four or five days per week, and part-time schedules are two or three days per week. Both schedules include rotating weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Current CNA or STNA certification.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening including THC, TB testing, and comprehensive background checks, including reference checks and fingerprinting.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
